Given the proven benefits that automation of supply chain processes provides, LK Packaging is working to further these initiatives. This includes a goal to transact 90% of orders via EDI within the next 18 months, removing human touchpoints for greater transactional efficiency and accuracy.

Dashboards, scorecards and reports will be used to measure real-time performance and evaluate the impact of process changes as they are deployed.
Customer visibility
Plans are underway to provide customers with real-time visibility to their orders throughout the supply chain, including status updates on manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, delivery and more.
