Itopia® adaptability for business process automation
The LK Packaging team has scored several quick wins in process automation thanks to Itopia®, the low-code application platform (LCAP) on which the Elite™ ecosystem is built. A cloud-based framework that connects inventory, warehouse and distribution operations, Itopia® gives operations teams full control to configure workflows, screens and data models without custom code — enabling them to quickly fine-tune processes and respond to change.
Digital P2P transactions
Shifting from manual to digital procure-to-pay (P2P) transactions by bringing the bulk of its customers onto EDI has improved workflow efficiency and increased transactional accuracy.
Invoice optimization
Automating the application of vendor invoices to designated customers ensures all associated costs are accurately recorded from the moment of receipt. Digital copies of mailed or emailed invoices stored within the ERP provides a clear audit trail, enabling the customer service team to respond to customer inquiries with greater speed and accuracy.
Freight cost calculation
Automating freight charge calculations in real time, factoring in variables like shipping weight, order volume and shipment history, ensures accurate, consistent charges — even for small, high-cost items.
